Are you a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer looking to make a big impact? Chick-fil-A Sanford is seeking a Marketing Manager (Coordinator) to lead our marketing efforts, drive sales growth, and deepen our connection with the community.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Owner/Operator, and collaborate across all departments to bring our brand to life. This is a hands-on leadership role — all directors are expected to work in restaurant operations as needed to understand the business and support the team.

Pay & Position Details
- Pay: Starting at $18/hr, commensurate with experience and availability
- Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time
- Availability: Must be available Monday–Saturday (no Sundays)

What We’re Looking For
- Marketing experience required (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance
- Passion for Chick-fil-A’s mission and values
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase traffic and sales
- Lead community events, sponsorships, and partnerships to boost brand visibility
- Create and manage social media content that engages our audience
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support business goals
- Track results and analyze data to continuously improve strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and promotional materials
