Summer Intern - Sales Enablement & Learning

Join Hartford Funds’ Sales Enablement & Learning (SEAL) team for a dynamic summer internship focused on supporting training initiatives, digital learning content, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship offers hands-on experience in instructional design, project coordination, and exposure to strategic sales enablement programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and refinement of training materials and digital learning modules for Hartford Funds’ sales teams.
  • Support the execution of internal and external training events, including logistics, communications, and post-event documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate content aligned with core competencies and learning objectives 
  • Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of the SEAL online learning hub (“The Lab”), including uploading content and ensuring consistency
  • Contribute to intern group projects, including exploring how tools like Co-pilot can support SEAL initiatives 
  • Attend and engage in SEAL team sessions to gain insights into team operations and strategy.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, ideally with a focus in Business, Finance, Education, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or sales enablement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Experience or interest in e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
