Position Overview
- Process Engineer role

- Collaborate on process improvements, technical support, and quality assurance
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes
- Create and interpret engineering drawings using CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
- Support production teams in troubleshooting technical issues
- Participate in lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Apply basic knowledge of CNC programming and production planning
- Assist in documentation for process control and quality assurance
- Contribute to engineering projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (Recent Graduates Encouraged)
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Must be able to relocate or commute to Sayre, PA before starting
