Position Overview

• Process Engineer role

• Collaborate on process improvements, technical support, and quality assurance

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes
• Create and interpret engineering drawings using CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
• Support production teams in troubleshooting technical issues
• Participate in lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
• Apply basic knowledge of CNC programming and production planning
• Assist in documentation for process control and quality assurance
• Contribute to engineering projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (Recent Graduates Encouraged)
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Must be able to relocate or commute to Sayre, PA before starting
