Social And Community Services Director

As the Social and Community Services Director, you will administer community, social services, and special administrative programs, and participate in the overall administration of CWC as a member of the CWC Administrative Team. You’ll serve as the Director’s designee to protect resident rights in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including functioning as the primary caregiver misconduct investigator, and serve as designee/liaison with parents, guardians, and other friends/relatives of residents of the Center. 

In addition, you will oversee all CWC admissions and discharges, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards and working with Wisconsin’s counties and Managed Care Organizations to develop appropriate, individualized community transition plans. In this role, you will also assist the staff development department with staff and community training programs and serve on a variety of administrative committees and work groups.
