Everything Policy is seeking a Social Media Branding & Engagement Intern to help develop and schedule engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, community engagement & campaign analytics.

Responsibilities
- This role requires a commitment of 8 hours of work per week
- Develop and schedule engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth using Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
- Assist in boosting posts and coordinating campaigns to expand audience reach
- Collaborate with the team to align messaging with Everything Policy’s 360° non-partisan mission
- Facilitate outreach with grant organizations and influencers, tracking interactions in HubSpot
- Provide regular performance updates and suggest strategies for improving engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Creativity in visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
- Prior experience with Canva (or similar digital design tool) and Meta Business Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
