Athlete Exposure Agent

Position Overview

As an Exposure Agent Intern (Social Media), you will be responsible for building awareness of our athletes, brand, and services through creative and consistent social media engagement. You’ll work closely with our scouts, marketing team, and leadership to design and execute content strategies that showcase athletes, highlight success stories, and drive recruiting conversations online.

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain experience in social media management, sports marketing, and digital recruiting while making a direct impact on athletes’ futures.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Assist in designing campaigns that highlight athletes, events, and Pro 7 programs.

Support recruiting exposure efforts by promoting athlete highlight reels, interviews, and success stories.

Collaborate with scouts to generate creative athlete-driven content (spotlights, testimonials, etc.).

Monitor engagement and analytics to improve reach and audience growth.

Stay up to date on social media trends, sports culture, and digital recruiting best practices.

Represent Pro 7 with professionalism while engaging athletes, families, and coaches online.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.

Interest in sports recruiting, marketing, and athlete exposure.

Creative thinker with content creation skills (graphics, reels, captions, hashtags).

Basic understanding of marketing principles and branding.

Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in social media, marketing, or recruiting (preferred but not required).
