Position Overview:
We are seeking a relational, organized, and high-energy Children & Youth Director to lead ministry for kids (K–5) and students (6–12). You will create safe, engaging, and gospel-centered environments, equip volunteers, partner with families, and help kids and students grow in their faith.

Responsibilities:

Lead Sunday, midweek, and special event programming.

Recruit, train, and develop volunteers.

Teach biblical truth in age-appropriate ways.

Communicate with families, staff, and volunteers.

Manage ministry budget and incorporate technology/social media for outreach.

Participate in church-wide events and cast vision aligned with church mission.

Qualifications:

Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and calling to ministry.

Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Flexibility, creativity, and collaborative spirit.

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry, Education, or related field preferred but not required.

Willingness to become an active member of Dunnville Christian Church.
