Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is this is the account team that supports non-profit organizations affiliates in North America.
• Key projects: This role will serve as a Sales Consultant supporting outbound efforts for North America Non-Profits, managing inbound inquiries, coordinating customer follow-up, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring the team remains aligned with current processes and procedures..

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would showcase experience with Dynamics 365, technical proficiency, and documentation support, along with a background in account executive roles or inside sales teams. Familiarity with philanthropy and a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently are also highly valued.
The Account Coordinator starts the day by checking and organizing a high volume of incoming emails—over 200 daily—making sure nothing important gets missed. They help schedule meetings, confirm logistics, and follow up on tasks from previous conversations. If a campaign is underway, they track progress and make sure partner-led efforts (like those focused on key nonprofit groups) stay on course.
Throughout the day, they help clean up and organize the sales pipeline, which includes opportunities with organizations like Goodwill, Planned Parenthood, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army, and YMCA. Many of these entries are missing key details, so the coordinator works to fill in the gaps and identify new leads.
They also support partner engagement by helping coordinate sessions and follow-ups across a large number of accounts—over 1,300 and growing. This means keeping track of who’s been contacted, what was discussed, and what needs to happen next.
When needed, they assist with creating summaries and proposals for leadership, helping the team clearly show the value of their work and prepare for reviews.

Experience in Operational Support and Coordination The role demands someone who can manage high-volume communications (200+ emails/day), coordinate meetings, track campaign execution, and follow up on action items. Candidates with prior experience in business support, executive assistance, or operations coordination—especially in fast-paced environments—are well-suited.
2. Familiarity with Partner Engagement and Sales Processes Given the scale of outreach (1,300+ affiliate accounts), the coordinator must be comfortable aligning partner sessions, managing follow-ups, and supporting partner-led campaigns. Experience in partner marketing, nonprofit engagement, or customer success roles would be highly beneficial .
3. Strong Documentation and Communication Skills The coordinator will assist with BVAs, ROI summaries, and proposal drafts for leadership. Candidates should have experience preparing executive-level documents, synthesizing data into insights, and supporting leadership reviews.
4. Background in Nonprofit or Education Sectors While not mandatory, familiarity with nonprofit or education organizations—such as Goodwill, Planned Parenthood, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army, and YMCA—would help the coordinator understand the nuances of decentralized orgs and tailor outreach accordingly.
5. Technical Comfort with Internal Tools The role involves working with MSX, campaign tracking systems, and internal orchestration tools. Candidates should be comfortable navigating CRM platforms, managing pipeline data, and using Microsoft tools like Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
