What You Will Do:

We are seeking two motivated students to join our dynamic team as Technical Sales Interns. This entry-level opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in the tech, medical device, and O&P industries. You'll support sales and marketing initiatives while gaining exposure to innovative 3D sensing technologies. In a fast-paced environment, you'll provide integral support to our sales team. This role provides an opportunity to obtain real-world experience in technical sales, the medical device industry and the orthotics and prosthetics industries.  This role is an in-person position in our Boulder, CO office, with the possibility to work some hours remotely. 

Students will provide cold calling services for a maximum of 12 hours per week, with a required minimum of 10 hours of calling time per week. The primary objective of these cold calls is to schedule meetings for the upper-level sales team.

What You Will Bring:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, customer support, telesales, prospecting, lead generation, business development account representative, sales or similar role. Experience may include summer positions and internships.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technology
  • Experience working with tools such as: Google workspace, Excel, Salesforce.
  • Bonus if you have experience operating and/or demonstrating iOS products.

Location and Additional Details:

  • Structure’s office is located in  Boulder, CO. The office is located near the Boulder Creek trail and is on the RTD JUMP bus line. Several restaurants are located within walking distance of the office.
  • This is an independent contractor, commission-only based position.
  • Flexible schedule: 3-5 days per week.  2-3 hours per day.
  • Commission: $20 per qualified meeting booked and held. Opportunity to earn $240/week (paid monthly).
  • Meeting Target: The goal is to schedule 12 meetings per week.
  • Prospect List: Prospects will be provided by sales managers.

You’ll gain exposure to industry leaders.  Candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with our Global VP of Sales & Marketing who previously worked for Medtronic and Stryker and has deep industry experience  and with our Global Sales Manager who has 5 years of sales experience with the last 2.5 years spent successfully building Structure’s partner base.

Compensation:

Commission only.  Opportunity to earn $240/week (paid monthly).
