- Fine Arts are not just electives but part of the core curriculum at Great Hearts: all students study music, drama, poetry and studio art.
- Music coursework includes both “applied” or performance foci as well as substantive music theory, history, and appreciation.

Requirements for teaching:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree is required for a lead teaching role
- Certification is not required for general education
- All majors are welcome
