Hours: Part-time, ~20 hours/week

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Special Projects Intern to join the Flanker SLC team. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited about hospitality, nightlife, design, and events. You’ll work closely with our leadership team on unique projects that bring new ideas to life—from concepting pop-up bars to capturing behind-the-scenes content.

Responsibilities

Assist with special project development and brainstorming sessions

Conduct marketing, industry, and trend research to support new initiatives

Capture behind-the-scenes content for internal and creative use

Support administrative tasks including filing permits, preparing documents, and organizing project notes

Represent Flanker during internal/external meetings; take notes and recap action items

Contribute to concept design and project build-outs (including interior/set design ideas)

Help prepare presentations and supporting documents for new concepts

Collaborate on pop-up bar concepts (bonus if you have Food & Beverage knowledge)

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older

Strong organizational and communication skills

Interest in marketing, events, design, and hospitality

Ability to balance creative brainstorming with detail-oriented admin work

Bonus: Familiarity with F&B, set design, or creative concept development
