After-School Program Dance & Drama Instructor

Calling All Passionate Performers!

Are you an energetic dancer or actor who loves working with kids? Want to use your talent to inspire the next generation, all while having fun and making a difference? Join the Art-E Foundation’s Dance & Drama Program and help bring the magic of the arts to elementary schools throughout Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, and Rancho Santa Margarita!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As one of our instructors, you’ll be the spark that lights up the stage for kids ages 4 to 12 (TK–8th grade). You’ll work with a supportive team to create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where young performers can express themselves through dance and drama.

Using our thoughtfully developed curriculum, you’ll:

  • Teach and explore exciting dance styles like hip-hop, stage movement, and more
  • Lead engaging drama sessions using acting games and techniques
  • Assist, guide, and encourage kids as they discover their creative confidence
  • Foster a love for the performing arts in every child you work with

About Us:

Why You'll Love This Role:

  • Make a real impact on children's lives through creative expression
  • Be part of a mission-driven, energetic team
  • Gain hands-on teaching experience in both dance and drama
  • Flexible work across multiple local school sites
  • A chance to perform, teach, and inspire — all in one job!
