🎓 Entry-Level Tableau Developer — Colorado Springs, CO

Duration: 6 Month contract to hire 

Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Pay Rate: $25-$45/HR based on experience

🔧 Development (65%)

  • Build dashboards and data queries that help teams make smart decisions
  • Turn business goals into clear, visual insights
  • Work with SQL to create scalable reports

🤝 Collaboration & Communication (20%)

  • Partner with business teams to understand their data needs
  • Suggest KPIs and dashboard layouts
  • Work closely with teammates and document your work

🛠️ Maintenance & Support (5%)

  • Help troubleshoot and improve BI content

🔐 Data Governance (5%)

  • Ensure data is consistent, secure, and well-organized

📚 Continued Learning (5%)

  • Stay up to date with BI tools and best practices

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business)
  • Familiarity with SQL and Tableau for data visualization tool
