Recruiting Associate
Summary:
The recruiting associate for Arrow Strategies will work with internal leadership to fulfill our client’s open opportunities and build/maintain the company talent pool. The role will have KPIs [known performance indicators] and production goals.
General Responsibilities:
- Work with Business Development and/or Account Managers to identify/match candidates to client’s temporary, contract, or permanent job openings.
- Proactively search for talent through job boards, databases, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), referrals, and networking, using Boolean searches, headhunting techniques, and ATS tools to build candidate pipelines.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit.
- Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews, evaluating technical skills, soft skills, and cultural alignment.
- Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process, providing feedback, coaching, and interview preparation.
- Manage expectations on compensation, availability, and role requirements, negotiating salary/hourly pay rates, and benefits between candidate and client.
- Coordinate onboarding, start dates, and compliance paperwork.
Required Skills and Experience:
- No prior experience required [1+ years of experience in recruitment-associated roles preferred.]
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR practices is preferred.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes preferred.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite; skilled with AI and technology preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
