ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER OPENING!

We are looking to fill a FULL TIME Entry Level ACCOUNT MANAGER role in our Waterbury, CT location. This is a full time position - hours are MONDAY - FRIDAY 10AM - 6:30PM. Saturdays are optional.

This position involves working with customers directly and face to face. Currently our account managers are responsible for managing three different corporate accounts and interacting with clients daily. Our Account Managers are also responsible for increasing sales on behalf of our clients and generating additional revenue for both us and our clients.

We are looking for people with great communication skills, strong team identity, willingness to adapt and learn, high executive function and motivation.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Proven account management experience or relevant coursework
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with negotiation and business development strategies
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
