Graduate Civil Engineer

Flowers & White Engineering, LLC is excited to announce an opening for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Montgomery office. While a Professional Engineer (PE) license is not required to apply, candidates who hold one will receive additional compensation.

As a growing small business, Flowers & White Engineering specializes in a wide range of civil engineering and land surveying services. Our diverse project portfolio includes residential and commercial subdivisions, office buildings, schools, churches, athletic complexes, municipal facilities, roadway design, water and sewer improvements, land planning, and land surveying. This variety provides our engineers with exposure to many areas of the profession early in their careers.

We are seeking candidates who are eager to grow professionally and make an immediate impact. Applicants should be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and have a solid understanding of civil engineering design principles. Graduate engineers will have the opportunity to:

• Work directly with project owners and developers
• Contribute to multiple projects each week
• Apply creative design solutions while balancing client goals, budgets, and timelines
• Gain valuable mentorship and one-on-one guidance from senior engineers
