Temporary 1099 Positions
Pay: $22–$30/hr (based on experience & role)
Schedule: Temporary / Seasonal | Includes evenings, weekends, and long days
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable team members to help bring holiday magic to life! This is a hands-on role installing holiday décor in commercial spaces, including large Christmas trees (up to 50’), wreaths, garlands, and more!
What You’ll Do:
- Safely install and take down holiday decorations (trees, wreaths, garlands, lights, etc.)
- Use ladders, high lifts, and basic hand tools as part of installation work
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Ensure decorations are secure, neat, and visually appealing
- Load and Unload Trucks
Schedule & Hours:
- Work may include evenings, weekends, and potentially long days—we work until the job is done
- Expect a fast-paced, physically demanding environment during the peak holiday season
- Flexibility is a must
Ideally:
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders and high lifts) OSHA Certification is a plus
- This is not a deal breaker there is plenty of ground level labor needed
- Able to safely handle power and hand tools
- Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Can easily follow simple instructions
