AI Research Scientist

Role Overview 

Develop and deploy deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions for drug discovery and pharmaceutical research. 

Responsibilities 

• Build deep learning models for molecular design, drug discovery, and protein analysis 
• Develop generative AI systems for molecule generation and lead optimization 
• Create agentic AI solutions to automate scientific workflows 
• Prototype and deploy AI applications for pharmaceutical challenges 
• Collaborate with chemists and biologists; publish/present findings 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field 
• Strong expertise in deep learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow) 
• Hands-on experience with generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) 
• Experience building agentic AI systems and autonomous agents 
• Track record of publications OR prototyping/deployment 
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks 

Preferred 

• Experience in pharma/biotech or life sciences 
• Knowledge of cheminformatics or molecular modeling 
• Familiarity with GNNs and molecular representations
