Behavior Technician

• Starting Pay: $23 per hour with no experience. With some experience in the field of ABA, you can earn up to $25 per hour.
• Fully Paid Training: Comprehensive paid training and shadowing provided.
• No Prior Experience Needed: We welcome candidates without prior experience.
• Guaranteed Hours: This part-time position guarantees a minimum of 15 hours and up to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to children in one-on-one sessions. (We provide training; no prior experience is required.).
• Collaborate with the team members to ensure treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for individuals who possess:
• Passion and patience for working with children and adolescents with special needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn how to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Willing to work at least 15 hours for a part-time position.
• Full-time positions are available.
• Have your own transportation to come to our autism clinic in Cupertino OR drive to clients home.

Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the job, which may include sitting, standing, walking, running, lifting, or playing with children for extended periods.

Training:

We provide comprehensive training to all new hires( paid hours), including ongoing training. Supervisors for each case. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.
