Showroom Assistant – Join Our Design Team

We are a locally owned design and installation company in the DFW area, specializing in luxury tile, wood, carpet, plumbing, and hardware. Our team of degreed designers works closely with builders, designers, and retail clients to create personalized, timeless interiors.

We are looking for a Showroom Assistant to help keep our showroom organized and welcoming while providing support to our designers. This is a great role for someone with a love for design who wants to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, creative environment.

What you’ll do:

Organize and maintain showroom displays and product samples

Track discontinued items and introduce new collections into the showroom

Assist designers by pulling samples, researching product options, and preparing for client meetings

Greet clients and answer phones with professionalism and warmth

Support with showroom merchandising, vendor displays, and admin tasks

Help coordinate vendor presentations and showroom events

What we’re looking for:

A friendly, organized, and proactive team player

Passion for design (degree preferred but not required)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Comfort with basic computer tasks and record-keeping

Eagerness to learn and grow in a design-focused role
