Finance Intern - Neurodiversity Hiring Program
Neurodiversity in the Workplace is the skill-based Neurodiversity Hiring Program partner for a large Fortune 500 healthcare partner. The goal of the Neurodiversity Hiring Program is to build an inclusive hiring approach that recognizes and embraces the strengths of Neurodiverse candidates. Neurodiversity encompasses a wide range of cognitive differences, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia & dyscalculia. Through this neuroinclusive interview process, candidates will be able to demonstrate their skills directly to hiring managers in a structured format, facilitated by Neurodiversity in the Workplace.
This Finance internship experience is an 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 26th, 2026, and concludes on August 7th, 2026. This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in office with the other 2 days each week working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.
Job Locations (Locations may be updated closer to start date based on availability): Cumberland, RI; Hartford, CT; Northbrook, IL. No housing or housing stipend will be provided, but interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired.
The hourly rate is $25/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased
likelihood to receive an offer for a future role.
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

• Have demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social
organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
• Have internship, work, or project experience in related field such as (insert based on business
requirements)
• Have experience with data analysis and visualization tools, for example Microsoft Excel to maintain
spreadsheets and perform moderately complex functions
• Show strong written and verbal communication skills

Education
• Anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree program by full-time start date (January 2027 through August 2027) or equivalent experience. Master’s students completing 3+1 or 4+1 programs (a Master’s/MBA program immediately following your bachelor’s degree) may be considered
• Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include:
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or similar quantitative majors
