About The Role:
As VP of Software and App Development, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing sports finance and allowing every fan to become an owner. As an early product hire, you will make a significant impact steering our app and launching new features that attract new users, access new markets, and drive repeat engagement through customer-focused innovation.
In This Role You Will:
- Lead the vision and execution of app and platform - design and implement user-facing features that make investing simple, transparent, and engaging
- Drive mobile app development (iOS/Android) with a focus on seamless UX, community, content delivery, and investor engagement
- Own the brand look and front-end feel of the platform - ensure a cohesive and fan-centric design that drives conversion with visual clarity and consistency
- Experiment relentlessly with acquisition and conversion strategies: A/B tests, pricing experiments, new channels, and creative optimizations.
- Build gamification and rewards systems - encourage repeat engagement, referrals, and reinvestment
- Integrate social features - personal profiles, social sharing, event management, and innovate additional features to amplify virality
- Own user experience - ensure a frictionless journey from signup to investment
- Measure and improve engagement metrics - iterate on UI/UX to increase retention, referrals, and transaction frequency
Skills You'll Need:
- Proven product leadership and the ability to design and deliver frictionless consumer app experiences that balance speed, compliance, and engagement
- Hands-on experience with iOS/Android development and mobile-first design
- Strong product judgment informed by user insights and technical tradeoffs.
- Understanding of behavioral triggers, reward loops, and gamification mechanics that drive reinvestment
- Experience building features that enable sharing, community, and peer-to-peer interaction within apps
- Familiarity with payments, digital wallets, KYC/AML, and regulatory workflows in consumer finance
