Trusted Care Foundation (TCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to innovative healthcare solutions that address today’s most significant healthcare challenges and the growing healthcare workforce shortage. TCF’s mission is driven by volunteerism, with a primary focus on engaging undergraduate college students who are interested in healthcare and helping others. Through its programs, TCF aims to connect young people with resources, training, and opportunities to make a positive impact and inspire them to pursue health-related professions.

TCF is looking for undergraduate college students to join our Community Impact Network, a nationwide group of students interested in skills-based, career-building opportunities in healthcare. The foundation is partnered with the Virginia Department of Health, the Virginia Mental Health Access Program, multiple American Academy of Pediatrics state chapters, and three past National Academy of Pediatrics presidents.
