Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and proactive students to serve as Field Director Interns within our political campaign team. Field Directors play a critical role in grassroots operations and are at the heart of voter mobilization. Interns will coordinate canvassing, volunteer efforts, event logistics, and data collection while reporting directly to campaign leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead grassroots voter outreach in assigned regions or districts.
Organize canvassing operations, phone banks, and volunteer recruitment drives.
Coordinate field events, rallies, and voter contact initiatives.
Manage and train volunteers to ensure effective outreach efforts.
Track voter sentiment and provide weekly reporting on field progress.
Work closely with communications and research teams to align field messaging with campaign strategy.
Troubleshoot field challenges and deliver solutions under tight timelines.
