We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our studio—greeting clients, managing bookings, tidying up and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for students and guests. You’ll play a critical role in creating a warm, professional, and organized atmosphere that reflects our studio’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relations: Greet students warmly, answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and assist with class bookings and memberships.
• Scheduling and Check-ins: Manage studio class schedules, instructor calendars, and student check-ins using studio management software, MindBody
• Sales and Payments: Process class payments, sell merchandise, memberships, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Studio Management Support: Keep the reception area, floors and bathrooms clean and organized. Monitor supplies, inventory, communicate maintenance needs and ensure that the studio is ready for class.
• Communication: Relay studio policies, class updates, and event promotions to students.
• Customer Experience: Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all clients, addressing concerns professionally and thoughtfully.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using scheduling/booking software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
• A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Interest in fitness, pole dance, or dance communities is a plus!
