Position Overview:
We are offering a 4-week summer internship within our credit investment research team. This program is designed to help students build a foundation in credit markets while learning how investment ideas are developed and evaluated at a hedge fund. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining practical exposure to research, analysis, and portfolio discussions.
This is a hands-on learning opportunity where students can apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations, explore different aspects of credit investing, and receive mentorship and feedback throughout the program.
Responsibilities:
• Assist analysts with evaluating corporate credit opportunities.
• Learn how to conduct financial statement analysis and help build/maintain credit models.
• Research industry trends, company capital structures, and relative value opportunities.
• Join team discussions and contribute to the investment idea process. Qualifications • Current undergraduate student in the Class of 2027 or 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.8.
• Majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; an interest in financial modeling is a plus (training will be provided). • Clear and effective communication skills.
• A genuine curiosity about credit markets and investing.
