Kalsec Sales Operations Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented summer Intern to join our team supporting key initiatives in Sales Operations. The Intern will assist with data management and cleanliness within customer resource management software, Salesforce.com. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional operations, providing valuable experience in sales operations, sales, marketing, and/or customer service.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Support sales operations and sales with data entry, cleanliness, and management within Salesforce.com.

2. Convert workflows to Flows using Salesforce designed tools.

3. Assist in various process improvements as needed for the global sales team.

Education/Experience:

Required:

· Enrolled or recently graduated from a university program.

· Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management abilities.

· Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

· Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural work environment.

Desired:

· CRM, Salesforce, experience

· APEX and/or JSON programming experience

· Familiarity with designing workflows
