This globally-minded, organized family is seeking a kind, respectful, and team-oriented nanny to nurture and support their bright, creative daughters, 1 and 3 years old.

  • Location: Palm Beach, FL, and Southampton, New York
  • Ages of children: 1 and 3 years old
  • Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
  • Schedule: Full-time, rotational schedule of 1 week on/1 week off (2 weeks on/2 weeks off when in New York during the summer). Candidates can expect to work 13-hour days from 7am to 8pm.
  • Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $120k-150k+/year dependent on candidate experience.
  • Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance and/or a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance.
  • Live-in/Live-out: Live-out in Palm Beach and live-in during rotation in the summer. Candidates must be willing to relocate to a commutable distance of Palm Beach - fly-in/fly-out candidates will not be considered.

Household dynamic:

  • This globally-minded, organized, and private family is seeking a rotational nanny to join their care team and provide nurturing support in their home. The family has two daughters who are 1 and 3 years old. Their 3-year-old is highly intelligent and loves art, pretend play, and hands-on activities. She attends a gifted program at her school in the mornings. At 1-year-old, their daughter is growing and entering the exciting toddler phase. The nanny will be responsible for both children, with occasional support from the housekeeper during school drop-offs for their 3-year-old. They’re hoping to find someone who can expand the girls' horizons, support their independence, and help teach manners and maintain boundaries in a fun, loving way.
  • Both parents work from home in a dedicated home office and appreciate a nanny who can maintain a peaceful, well-structured environment for the children. The family splits their time between Palm Beach, FL, and Southampton, NY. From October through mid-May, they are based in Palm Beach with occasional travel to destinations such as New York City, ski resorts, and Europe. From mid-May through late September, they stay in Southampton, NY. The family maintains a fully-staffed household, including another rotational nanny, weekend nannies, housekeepers, a chef, a property manager, and a chief of staff.

  • This position is ideal for a grounded, warm, and team-oriented rotational nanny who thrives in a collaborative, fully-staffed environment. The ideal candidates will find joy in nurturing the growth of their children, especially in fostering the holistic growth and development of their 3-year-old! A candidate who can support their daily routines, developmental milestones, and enriching activities while also empowering independence is essential.
  • The family places a high value on collaboration, communication, and emotional intelligence. They are looking for someone who brings positive energy and works well within a team. They seek a true team player who is kind, respectful, and enjoys collaborating with both the family and other household members, especially the caregiving team. An ideal candidate will bring a calm, positive, and thoughtful presence to both childcare and the household environment. They should be highly organized, excel in structured routines, and take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy space. Since the family travels frequently throughout the year, the perfect candidate will be adaptable, travel-ready, and supportive in adjusting to new environments while being attentive to the family’s needs during their travels.
  • Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks, including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
  • While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate with an educational background.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional childcare experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Travel experience
