Graduate Assistantship in the Jackson Family Center for Ethics and Values
The Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (MALS) program at Coastal Carolina University is pleased to offer a Graduate Assistantship in the Jackson Family Center for Ethics and Values, beginning in Spring 2025. This position is open exclusively to students accepted into the MALS program. (You may apply for admission to the MALS program and to this Graduate Assistantship at the same time).
Preference will be given to applicants who submit their materials by the priority deadline of November 15, 2025.
What you'll do:
As a Graduate Assistant, you’ll support the Jackson Center’s mission to create opportunities for open conversations about how ethics and values affect the individual, the university, the region and the world. Specific duties include:
- Assisting with public programming and events
- Supporting outreach initiatives and partnerships
- Working with the Jackson Fellows and supporting the after-school Ethics Academy
What you'll gain:

Other important info:
- Compensation: Paid twice monthly (pay rate is roughly equivalent to full-time tuition)
