The Role

We’re seeking a Business Development Intern who is excited about faith, entrepreneurship, and the future of digital discipleship. This role is perfect for a motivated student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in startup growth, sales development, and ministry partnerships.

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to:

  • Research and identify new partnership opportunities with churches, ministries, and networks.
  • Assist in lead generation and outreach campaigns.
  • Support the sales process by preparing pitch materials and proposals.
  • Analyze engagement trends and help shape our go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate on special projects that fuel app adoption and growth.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about faith, discipleship, and serving the church.
  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn quickly.
  • Is comfortable with research, outreach, and professional communication.

Bonus: Sales or ministry leadership experience.
 

Details

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred).

Time Commitment: 10–15 hours per week (flexible).

Compensation: 100% Commission + Opportunities for other future paid roles as Fresh Fire grows.

Start Date: Rolling — we’ll work with your academic schedule.
