As we scale, we are seeking a highly motivated BizOps & Program Intern who can support both AI-powered recruiting operations and intern program management. This is not a typical internship — you will gain hands-on business operations experience while working directly with the CEO to learn how to build and scale a startup.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with the CEO on daily priorities, strategic follow-ups, and project execution
• Act as a program manager to coordinate initiatives across business, recruiting, and tech teams
• Manage intern recruitment, onboarding, and weekly performance tracking
• Operate and incubate Virtual Sourcer accounts, ensuring readiness and performance metrics are met
• Attend key company meetings, prepare and present business/operating data, issue memos, and follow up on action items
• Collaborate with the CEO on ad-hoc strategic projects and high-priority business initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data, automation tools, and AI platforms.
• Data-driven communicator with deep insights and presentation skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Curious about AI, business strategy, and startup operations, and eager to  leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency and business processes
• Demonstrated leadership qualities through campus, project, or work experience
• Passion for startups and an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to take initiative, think beyond tasks, and adapt quickly through reflection and iteration.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
