Seasonal Tax Assistant

Absolute Tax & Financial Solutions is seeking seasonal team members to assist our tax department during the upcoming tax season. This is a temporary role that offers flexible scheduling, making it ideal for students or individuals seeking short-term work.
 

Qualifications:
 

• Comfortable working with numbers and financial information

• Ability to learn new processes quickly and follow instructions accurately

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Professionalism in handling confidential financial and personal information

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions

• Completed coursework in accounting, finance, or related fields
 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and preparation of tax documents

• Organize and scan client records

• Provide general clerical support to tax preparers

• Verify accuracy of information for client files

• Support with assembling and finalizing tax return packets
