Customer Service Representative
Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM
Pay Range: $52,000 – $64,000
Quarterly Bonus Eligibility
On-site: Costa Mesa, CA
Summary: We are seeking a growth-minded Customer Service Representative who is ready to take the next step in their career. The Customer Service Representative- Portfolio Management is responsible for facilitating all Customer Service requests and plays a crucial role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, supporting operational efficiency, and positioning the department for continued growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to all internal and external Customer Service emails with requested information or documentation.
- Answer incoming Customer Service calls and respond to Customer Service voicemails in a timely manner.
- Prepare Customer Service items such as copies of documents, payment histories, payoff quotes, balance statements, invoices, as well as payment processing, set up/update ACH bank information.
- Process and update various reports and UCC filings.
- Communicate with lending partners regarding all Customer Service-related inquiries.
- Scan documents and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to greater team productivity and effectiveness.
- Assist with special Portfolio Management and Operations projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience desired
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Portfolio Servicing, Commercial Finance is desirable
