岗位目标 – What we want you do

基于岗位要求，针对所负责的工作内容及现场实际情况建立合理，高效，有效的数据采集，监控，分析，改进的数据体系，达到服务稳定，成本可控，合理的业务目标。

通过现场执行，管理，及数据分析，基于岗位目标，定位目前现场操作，流程，系统功能的问题及可优化点， 了解数据来源及定义，采用，改进及设计相应的数据模型来直观监控并展示相应问题

针对数据分析结果及现场实际运营中已经确定的问题，充分考虑到流程，团队，部门之间的关联性，设计并实施相应的改进措施，通过数据手段对执行情况进行过程及结果监控，达成相应目标

通过监控各部门的细分目标，拆分并明确各SU团队的工作“smart”目标及团队成员职责，持续迭代适合公司战略发展的绩效考核逻辑以及数据报表实现路径。

根据业务需要以及分析预测，合理计划、安排、调配人力及物力资源，确保仓库在合规及安全运营的前提下，达成仓库整体运营指标。

用数据推动业务，监控并推动所有未解决的异常事件，根据客户的需求，作为救火事件与异常事件的推动人和实际问题解决者，在事中协调资源，事后根据场景标准化解决方案。

职位内容 – What you will be doing

流程设计：通过协助运营负责人全面分析和管理，对人员库容和操作能力进行分析,并优化流程设计，赋能现场人员落实流程。

系统分析：负责根据运营负责人的要求，对仓库运营进行监控（包括日常的安全运作）分析，通过可视化分析报告，带领仓库团队不断优化流程、提升效率、管理操作成本，确保仓库各项操作KPI的达成

培训资料：创建可用于提高公司员工技能/效率的的管理方法，图表，数据流程图等培训资料，并赋能员工学习和理解，通过考核。

质量控制：负责通过数据监控出入库操作标准流程，确保仓库异常数量持续降低，保证服务质量

建立案例：协助运营负责人建立各岗位的生产标准，通过事前分析风险，事中管理，事后总结的维度，来确保仓库流程的可行性以及标准化异常事件解决方案。

跨部门沟通：按照各SU的效率定义，监控操作人员工作并根据实际情况提高整体SU效率, 作为报表对象（一线员工）与报表使用者（管理者）的沟通桥梁。对于现场遇到的系统问题，赋能总部了解现场运营场景，传递现场需求，定义新产品功能，跟踪测试问题，确保迭代优化顺利完成。

商业发展：协助区域运营负责人完成建仓规划，寻找合作伙伴和供应商，按计划完成开仓

岗位要求 – What you bring to this role

要求有美国合法工作身份

本科及以上学历，供应链管理，商业分析，工业工程，机械工程，电气自动化，数学统计专业优先考虑。

有海外仓储管理经验，精通库存管理，盘点、仓储作业流程等优先考虑

了解海外仓的操作模式，管理规划和流程优先考虑。

需了解美国OSHA方面的相关法律法规。

Operations Analyst - Intern

Location: Cincinnati, Shenzhen

We are committed to in-house IT development and the continuous optimization of warehouse automation technologies, aiming to deliver world-class supply chain management services to global cross-border e-commerce businesses.

Winit provides a transparent, reliable, compliant, and cost-optimized door-to-door one-stop supply chain solution. By integrating information flow, logistics flow, and capital flow through internet technologies, we help our clients achieve lean inventory management, enhance capital efficiency, and strengthen local competitiveness and differentiated customer service in overseas markets.

Currently, WINIT operates 14 major overseas warehouses worldwide, with a total footprint of over 4.3 million square feet. In the United States, we have 8 warehouse facilities and a team of over 800 employees.

Summer Intern Program:

The internship program is from May to August for a total duration of 12 weeks. Upon successful completion, high-performing interns may be considered for a return offer.

🔹 Position Objective – What We Want You to Do

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining a robust and efficient data framework to support warehouse operations. Your goal is to build systems that enable accurate data collection, monitoring, analysis, and optimization, ultimately supporting service stability, cost control, and operational excellence.

You will work closely with on-site operations and leadership to identify inefficiencies in processes, system functionalities, and workflows. By leveraging data, you will help drive targeted improvements and support continuous performance optimization across teams and departments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities – What You Will Be Doing

Process Design & Optimization

Support the operations lead by analyzing workforce capacity, storage efficiency, and operational capabilities to design and improve processes

Empower front-line teams to implement and follow optimized workflows

System & Operational Analysis

Monitor daily warehouse operations, including safety procedures, in response to management requirements

Generate visual reports and insights to help teams improve productivity, reduce costs, and meet operational KPIs

Training & Enablement

Create training documents such as flowcharts, dashboards, and process diagrams to improve team skills and operational understanding

Assist in designing knowledge assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness

Quality & Performance Monitoring

Analyze warehouse inbound/outbound flows and monitor for deviations from standard procedures

Identify abnormal events and provide data-based solutions to improve service quality

Best Practice Development

Assist in establishing standardized operation procedures for each role

Help define and document risk mitigation strategies before, during, and after incidents

Cross-Functional Communication

Act as the bridge between front-line operators (data providers) and managers (data users)

Track system issues, report them to the product/tech teams, and follow up to ensure improvements are delivered and tested based on on-site needs

Business Development Support

Assist regional operations leaders in warehouse planning, vendor scouting, and new site launch execution

🔹 Qualifications – What You Bring to This Role

Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or Statistics is preferred

Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, cycle counting, and process execution is a plus

Understanding of overseas warehouse operations, planning, and management processes is highly desirable

Familiarity with U.S. OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards is a strong advantage

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

Proactive attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments and solve problems in fast-paced environments
