Job Title: Pre-Finish Operations Manager

Job includes but is not limited to: Assist in the finishing of door slabs to prepare them for painting: sanding and finishing imperfections of product to get best paint finish, paint and stain products, monitor the workload and work orders for the day. Ensure all paint is ordered in a timely manner and observe all safety rules to the highest level. 

Maintaining shop and paint equipment to quality requirements. Provide guidance in improving a system of production control, standard operation procedures, safety, quality control and performance management. Process orders timely and efficiently while developing programs to increase production. Manage department priorities, overtime, productivity, and cost per man hour while ensuring policies and procedures are followed by employees.
