Assistant Director Content Creation - Digital Strategy

Summary of Job Duties:
The Assistant Director - Content Creation role will produce video content with fan growth, revenue generation, and recruiting as the focus. They will support the Arkansas Razorbacks digital strategy by managing daily social media and content output for assigned sports. This role will be responsible for establishing a creative content strategy for assigned sports, including video execution.
This position is required to work nights and weekends due to athletic events, as well as other related activities.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, film, sports administration or related area of study
At least one to three (1-3) years of experience in videography
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working or interning with a collegiate or professional sports team
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis on Premiere Pro
Experience with videography, as well as one or more of the following skills: photography, graphic design, copywriting, or social media strategy
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Videography + additional creative skill
Ability to organize a content plan
