Inventory Control Analyst

Summary

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements. The ideal candidate will be analytical, quick-thinking, tech-savvy and able to perform deep dives when creating numerical reports.

 

Available Schedules:

1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

3rd Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Responsibilities

  • Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse manually or using a handheld scanner
  • Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
  • Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system
  • Identify and report close dated product
  • Bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing


Qualifications

  • High School - GED or Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or related field strongly preferred)
  • Software proficiency: Microsoft Excel required
  • 2+ years sales and customer service specific experience preferred
  • Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
