Manufacturing Engineer Intern

Program Duration: Summer 2026 (10 Weeks)
Pay Range: $18–$25 per hour (based on location, experience, and academic level)

Program Overview

Our Summer Internship Program offers real-world exposure to modern manufacturing environments and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from day one. Over 10 weeks, you will gain:

What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will:

  • Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Assist in developing and implementing production solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Shadow engineers to gain insights into manufacturing operations.
  • Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.

Qualifications

We’re seeking motivated students who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Familiarity with CAD software and lean manufacturing principles preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.
