Role Description
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is
a fully remote, entry-level position ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute across
multiple areas of digital marketing. You’ll work directly with our CMO and gain hands-on
experience in email marketing, social media, website management, creative production,
partnerships, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing: Plan, build, and execute campaigns via Klaviyo; maintain weekly email performance reports.
Social Media: Plan, design, and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Website Support: Assist with our upcoming website redesign; manage and upload video testimonials; design and update homepage banners; support merchandising updates; build landing pages with graphics, charts, and stats callouts.
Creative Production: Create static ads for Meta; cut and edit video clips with text overlays for YouTube; design visuals to support campaigns.
A/B Testing: Plan and manage website experiments to improve performance and customer experience.
Amazon & Content Support: Provide assistance with product content, creative updates, and listings.
Partnerships: Collaborate with partners such as TrueMed and FrontRow on campaigns and initiatives.
Market & Competitor Research: Monitor competitor campaigns, creative trends, and industry benchmarks; summarize insights to inform strategy.
Project Coordination: Support timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns; coordinate with freelancers, agencies, or cross-functional teams.
Reporting & Analytics: Pull performance data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Amazon dashboards; help build reports to track trends and opportunities.
Content Library Management: Organize creative assets (photos, videos, graphics) to ensure the team has easy access to approved materials.
SEO & Content Support: Assist with updating product descriptions, web content, or blog posts with SEO keywords to maintain accuracy and search visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in design, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is a plus (but not required).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Salary Range: $60-65K
