Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a motivated Civil Designer who’s eager to contribute to meaningful projects and grow professionally in a collaborative environment. We are hiring in the following locations:

DELAWARE - Newark & Georgetown

MARYLAND - Abingdon, Towson, Laurel

NORTH CAROLINA - Raleigh (Knightdale) 

What You’ll Do:

  • Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to bring designs to life - everything from site layouts, grading, and floodplain studies to water/sewer mains, storm drain systems, and erosion control plans.
  • Partner with Project Managers to develop proposals and prepare technical documents.
  • Collaborate with your team in department meetings and project discussions to keep things on track and moving forward.

What We’re Looking For:

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Civil 3D experience is a plus.
  • A team player who can also thrive independently.
