Salesperson or Associate Broker

C3 CRE is vertically integrated with a development and investment firm (Corbco Ventures, LLC) and a commercial lending platform (Rair Capital, LLC) for additional lead flow and other opportunities for compensation. C3 CRE is focused on growing within both local and national markets. We are looking to create a strong team to grow with and are excited to welcome additional experienced Salespersons or Associate Brokers to join our team as we continue to grow. This position is commission based, with the ability to make 6-7 figures annually. We offer competitive and friendly commission splits and are looking for driven sales professionals with a strong growth mindset.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Schedule and conduct site tours.
  • Assist clients with relevant market data.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Accompany other senior brokers and management at client meetings.
  • Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material.
  • Canvass prospective clients and leads through various approaches, including primarily telephone calls.
  • Network with other brokers to promote and ultimately lease and sell exclusively represented sites and find locations for tenants and buyers.
  • Advising clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies.
  • Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research.
  • Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals.
  • Negotiating exclusive Listing Agreements, Purchase and Lease Agreements, Commission Agreements, and other transactional documents. 
  • Work with senior brokers to develop knowledge and skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Sales Experience
  • A valid Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s License in Michigan, Florida, or other states (or willing to achieve their license).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, email, offer letters, CRMs, and various commercial real estate platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in commercial real estate
  • Experience in cannabis real estate
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, training, and experience

Important Note

All salespersons are 1099 independent contractors, therefore, this position is 100% commission based.
