Health & Wellness Studio Manager Opportunity

Aloha! Coach Consulting Services (CCS) is seeking a highly organized and motivated Health & Wellness Studio Manager to help steer our "rebrand and expand" initiative toward our grand opening.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Dr. Mikal White, a former long-time University professor and Industrial/Organizational Psychology Practitioner who has successfully moved her counseling and wellness practice to a new space in Mehana at Kapolei.

The Role: Maximizing Efficiency for Our Launch

We're looking for a consistent, positive, and proactive go-getter who can handle the dynamic demands of a major business transition. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the project pipeline is clear and efficient, and that all administrative tasks are handled with rigor and professionalism.

Schedule and Availability:

Total Hours: 9–11 hours per week.

On-Site Schedule: Must be available on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and on Friday, coordinating the schedule to overlap as much as possible with our intern team (~ MTF 10 AM–1 PM or 11 AM–2 PM).

Remote/Online: 1–2 hours per week dedicated to online coordination, communication, and administrative follow-up.

Mandatory Date: Must be available the entire day of our Grand Opening on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage our incoming intern team to maximize task efficiency, ensuring all administrative, marketing, and technological tasks are divided and completed on time.

Administrative Hub: Manage Dr. White's professional and studio schedule, setting up and attending key meetings.

Vendor & Coordination Support: Systematically follow up with vendors and contractors to keep the build-out timeline moving (including all retail partners).

Operational Support: Support all general administrative tasks essential for the studio's launch and daily operation.
