As an intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in a professional environment while learning the fundamentals of the insurance and financial services industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with day-to-day agency operations
- Support sales and marketing initiatives (social media, community events, outreach campaigns)
- Have your own set of projects to manage
- Engage with customers by phone, email, and in person to provide excellent service
- Conduct research and projects to support business growth (marketing campaigns, customer engagement strategies, etc.)
- Shadow licensed team members to learn sales, service, and relationship management

What We’re Looking For
- Current college student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Insurance, or related field preferred, but all majors welcome)

- Interest in a career in sales, business, or insurance is a plus
