Office Assistant (Independent Contractor):
Expectations
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Conduct proofreading and editing of documents
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred
• Knowledge of office procedures is a plus

Benefits: Flexible schedule (no weekends or nights)
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 11am - 3 pm; 4-hour shift (may vary depending on business needs)
