About the Role
Join Paymun Inc., a real estate development, design, and construction firm, as a Commercial Real Estate & Hospitality Operations Intern. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in construction, design, and hospitality while supporting the build-out of destination projects in the East Bay.
What You’ll Do
- Research and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Support procurement of finish materials, fixtures, and equipment
- Assist with design coordination and tenant improvement tasks
- Contribute to hospitality operations: event logistics and planning, vendor outreach, and operational systems implementation
- Provide project and administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and communications
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Interest in real estate development, design, construction, and hospitality operations
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn

- Paid, part-time internship (~20 hours/week, 3 days/week)
- Flexible schedule with part-time remote work available
