You’ll get immersive, hands-on exposure to all aspects of healthcare operations financial management, clinical insight, people leadership, and strategic growth. You’ll shadow seasoned executives, lead real projects, and be expected to act like a future CEO from day one.

You’ll be mentored directly by experienced company builders who have walked this path before. Think of it like a startup incubator, but for healthcare operators—with the backing of a proven organization that believes in ownership, not bureaucracy.

What Awaits You After the Program

Upon successful completion, you’ll step into a CEO/Executive Director role—owning the vision, direction, and operational control of your own healthcare company. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, grow, and innovate.

This isn’t a job. It’s a launchpad.
