We’re looking for a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Intern to join us and be a key part of our digital journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Marketing Assistant Intern, you’ll jump right into the action and get hands-on experience in a broad range of marketing and administrative tasks. Here’s a snapshot of what your day might look like:

  • Content Creation & Social Media: Help craft engaging posts and visuals for our social channels (think Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and get creative with content ideas that stand out.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns—learning how we connect strategy to results.
  • Email Magic: Help draft, proofread, and send internal and client-facing emails.
  • Research Guru: Dive into market research and trend spotting—identify the latest digital trends, tools, and competitors that could shape our next big idea.
  • Document Review & Admin Help: Assist with reviewing, formatting, and organizing documents. You'll also help ensure our files, records, and processes stay sharp and accessible.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, share your creative ideas, and get feedback from seasoned marketers.
  • Project Support: Assist in various tasks from tracking campaign performance to organizing resources that help our team run smoothly.

  • You’re enthusiastic about digital marketing & technology and hungry to learn more.
  • You’ve got a way with words—whether it’s writing an email, social post, or marketing copy, you can communicate clearly and effectively.
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented. If there’s a deadline, you’re on it. If there’s a project, you’re ready to dive in and own it.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media platforms is a plus.
  • You’re proactive and aren’t afraid to ask questions or take the initiative.
  • Whether it’s working solo or as part of a team, you’re adaptable and ready to jump into whatever’s next.
