The Administrative Support role provides essential clerical and patient support services to ensure smooth daily operations within the practice. This position requires accuracy, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to support both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately scan and input patient demographic, insurance, and other required information.
  • Communication & Coordination: Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, escalating to the Supervisor/Practice Manager when necessary.
  • Scheduling & Referrals: Schedule patient appointments, process specialist referrals, and fax imaging orders and records according to company procedures and provider protocols.
  • Follow-Up Scheduling: Schedule follow-up appointments for patients at check-out to support continuity of care.
  • Provider Schedule Management: Maintain and optimize provider schedules to support efficient patient flow and appointment coordination.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Protect all patient, employee, financial, and legal information in accordance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Other Duties: Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Practice Manager.
