Associate Care Pastor

Description
1. Operate under the direction of the Senior Pastor.
2. Keep an active list of widows and shut-ins. Check in on them with calls and visitation.
3. Call or visit people in our church that go to the hospital.
4. Be a comfort to grieving church members. Being a resource for the non-musical aspects of
funeral care, i.e. grief support, etc.
5. Cultivate an efficient method of contacting visitors and building initial relationships with a goal
of helping integrate them.
6. Taking the lead on any unforeseen administrative decisions as they arise when the senior pastor
is unavailable.
7. Active and inactive member outreach.
