Backed by Atlanta Ventures and partnering with South Downtown Atlanta, the tech hub owned by our co-founder, David Cummings, we aim to create the safest neighborhoods possible. We’re one of the fastest growing startups in Atlanta and have dozens of robots in the field since launching in January 2025.
What You’ll Do
As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. You will identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers across real estate development, construction, and logistics. This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role where your work directly drives pipeline and revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching accounts and identifying decision-makers across our target industries.
- Executing multi-channel outreach (cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn).
- Qualifying inbound leads and ensuring they’re routed correctly in our CRM.
- Setting up meetings for the CEO and leadership team with qualified prospects.
- Testing messaging, scripts, and cadences to refine our sales playbook.
- Maintaining clean CRM data and sharing market insights with the team.
- Representing Undaunted at industry events and local networking opportunities.

Job-Specific Skills
Beyond the skills listed below, we are looking for evidence that you love selling and are good at it, and that you are willing to do what it takes to drive business. Be prepared to provide us with examples of how much you enjoy selling and how creatively you approach it.
Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (e.g., in business, marketing, or communications), but relevant experience or certifications can substitute.
- 0–3 years of sales experience (SDR/BDR roles preferred, but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Scrappyiness, grit, resilience, and comfort handling rejection. Evidence that you are willing to
- Ability to manage multiple outreach sequences and stay organized.
Nice to Have:
- Extraversion and Energy: Outgoing personality for building rapport.
- Prior startup experience.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), email automation (e.g., Outreach.io), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Other Details
- Compensation: OTE: $75,000. $35,000 base salary + benefits + $40,000 Variable Commission. No relocation bonuses are available.
- Location: In-person working at our offices in South Downtown Atlanta (at the new Atlanta Tech Village Sylvan).
- Transportation: This role would be best done by someone with their own vehicle to get around to demos.
- Growth Path: Potential to grow into an Account Executive (AE) role within 12–18 months.
